Check-In Rules

• Early check-in subject to availability
• Minimum check-in age is 18 years
• Cancellation after payment & confirmation warrants 15% retention charge upon refund
• No refund after check -in is completed
• Extension of stay is subject to availability

Check-Out Rules

• Check-Out time is before 12noon
• Late check out attracts 50% penalty
• Guest should call front office 30min before check out

General Rules

• Guest to provide valid ID/passport
• Guest reservation will be held until 4pm on the day of arrival
• All non guaranteed reservations will be release after 6pm on the date of scheduled arrival.
• Cancellation received after this time will be charged the first night room rate
• All rooms are non-smoking, and a penalty of ₦100,000 will be applied for any default whatsoever, including automatic check-out from the room.
